Hey Everyone,
Just wanted to give a quick update and let you know that my dad is home. He ended up having a 80% blockage in one of his main arteries. They put in a permanent stint which will help keep it open. He had a 2nd artery that was 30% blocked but they didn't do anything to that one. He is now on some medicine he will take for the rest of his life to help keep the cholesterol levels down. He is also being put on a cardiac diet...he is not happy about that part. He came home Sunday afternoon and is doing well. Thank you all for your love, support and prayers. Maybe if we are lucky....we will finally have things OUR way for a change. :)

It can be a scary thing. My dad has had a stint put in also. He has had 2 heart attacks. It is very scary. I am glad your dad is doing good but if he follows what the doctor tells him he will be around a lot longer than if he doesn't.
